Casale delle Macchie is one of my favourite property, located on the top of a hill with a spectacular view to the valley, this villa it's close to the main historical center of the umbria country side.A two storey building with inside staircase. On the ground floor one large living room with a original stone-fireplace (80sqm), a twin bedded room, a bath-room, a former wine-cellar inside the house and equipped with table and chairs and a kitchen also with a fireplace. The garden which overlooks the valley affords a nice view of the picturesque villages of Sermugnano.Madonna delle Macchie is surrounded by a garden and has it's own swimming-pool (10x5 meter) with a wonderful panoramic view. The country-house has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures. It is furnished with old country furniture: Equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, kitchen and kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, barbecue, towels, sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week
